Fortify Detail Labs
A boutique automotive protection and styling studio based in Mandeville, Louisiana.
Project Goal:
A modern unique website that communicates brand values with high focus on aesthetics with high SEO abilities and conversion rates in mind.
- Fortify Detail Labs needed a website that communicated its uniqueness in commitment, trustworthiness, reputation, and brand culture to its high-end clientele.
- The website needed to represent the brand's focus on new vehicle protection services like ceramic coatings, paint protection films, and styling options.
- The client wanted top of the line SEO abilities in the website. Each of the major pages on the website had to be created with conversion rates in mind. Hence, digital funneling was crucial.
- The client wanted the website as a part of an overall digital strategy. Hence, it had to be receptive to data analytics tools. Each of the featured pages had to have forms in place with multiple call of action placed strategically throughout the site to funnel in interested individuals into a list that then had to be rerouted towards a custom CRM distributed by us.
- The website was a part of a major rebranding effort being done to the client's business including a change in name. Business cards, brochures, and digital media production had to be consistent and match the theme set by the website.
A record breaking brand launch
Subtle animations and web interactions were added to match the tone of the brand.
Digital funnels were successfully created on each page of the website that put the leads directly into the client's CRM system. There were two major places conversions were guided to : Phone calls, and website form submissions.
Analytics were placed throughout the website and hence led to accurate conversion tracking systems. A dedicated page was developed for their new vehicle protection package in a landing page manner where we helped the client come up with their proprietary "Fortify Trifecta" package that generated enough curiosity about the three most desired services performed at their studio.
We created infographics and pictorial diagrams that made their services self explanatory as well as printed matching business cards and brochures that matched their brand message.
results
The brand was officially launched on Nov. 13 2021 at the annual fall car show at Mandeville's Castine Center. Business cards, brochures, brand T-shirts and merch were on showcase, along with a sign up event.
By the end of Jan 2022, the website had 1.53k users with 1.97k sessions, all the users being new to the site. The pageviews in this duration reached upto 3.84k with 156 leads being generated by the digital funnels alone. This meant more than 3 qualified leads was being directed to the studio's CRM each day on average.
The rebranding was a huge success, and the website ranked #1 in Google and Bing for Mandeville and Covington, Louisiana area as well as in the top 5 sites for the neighboring targeted areas.
